4. Vouchscore System
The Vouchscore system is designed to provide an objective rating based on factors such as business registration, customer feedback, legal compliance, and financial stability. Vouchmark strives to ensure the accuracy of the Vouchscore, but does not guarantee its reliability or that it will reflect current business performance at all times.
Businesses may be subject to review and have their Vouchscore adjusted periodically based on new data or complaints. Vouchmark reserves the right to suspend or remove a Vouchscore if it determines that the business has violated any terms or provided misleading information.
5. User-Generated Content and Reviews
Users may submit reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content") to the Site. By submitting User Content, you grant Vouchmark a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content. You warrant that any User Content submitted does not infringe on any third-party rights and is not defamatory, illegal, or harmful.
Vouchmark reserves the right to remove or modify any User Content at its discretion. Users are prohibited from submitting content that contains viruses, spam, or any material that violates applicable laws.
